Strozzapreti, another pasta from Bologna, strozzapreti is egg free and very meaty. Served with cream and lemon sauce. Vegan option available on request.

Capunti, delicious egg-free pasta from Apulia. This pretty pasta is served with a delicious sweet peppers and tomato sauce (contains anchovies). Vegetarian and vegan option available on request.

Busiate, egg-free pasta traditional from Sicily. Served with tomato and ricotta sauce. Vegan option available on request.
